Making learning music fun for young children....

I'm Vanessa Webb and a licensed Kindermusik®  educator and have  received Kindermusik®  Maestro status for the last 6 years, representing one of the top 1% of educators worldwide. I teach in Camberley and Chobham, Surrey. I am also the Area Developer for Kindermusik in the UK and  Ireland and have grown the Kindermusik educator community considerably in the last few years.

Magic and fun...that helps  development

I’m a firm believer that children should experience the magic and fun music brings as early as possible in life. I am convinced music aids all aspects of childhood development and going to music classes and learning an instrument as a child really sets you up for life.  You only have to look at the research results out in the media to support this!

Quality...

I choose to teach Kindermusik because it  is the most respected name in musical learning and has been enriching lives with carefully researched, developmentally based music programme for over 30 years.

What impressed me  was the quality of materials and thought behind the programmes. Children from infants to 7 can experience the magic of music without the pressure to perform.

As a parent myself I know  when it comes to choosing your child’s activities, the options seem endless.  One choice, I believe however, provides more ways for your child to grow and thrive than any other – that’s Kindermusik. 

Stepping stone...

Kindermusik is a great stepping stone to learning an instrument. Most Kindermusik students go onto learn an instrument after the age of 7 years. My focus for instrument teaching has been the recorder. Its an ideal starting instrument for a young child as you get rapid learn to play tunes  with the minimum of effort. Most 6 and 7 year olds I have taught are playing reasonably after just a few months and get a great sense of satisfaction.
