What parents are saying......
"Having tried lots of different music classes in the early stages I
have found nothing to compare with Kindermusik.
The structure of the classes, focusing on different styles of music and
indeed language gives a real smorgasbord of styles allowing children to
define their own tastes.
The quiet time - encouraging both listening and bonding with your child is
essential in today's all too frenetic lifestyles.
At Kindermusik they make you make time for you and your child!
Artwork, stories and ideas for home reinforcement and exploration show
Kindermusik to truly offer the whole package.
All of these good ideas are great in theory but need to be backed up by
the right "teacher" . Vanessa you epitomise a great teacher. Genuinely
interested in all of our children, remarking on their progress and often
going the extra mile with chocolates at Christmas/Easter! or stickers at
other times - Guaranteed to win the hearts of any child! All this and
still fully in control a regular "Mary Poppins"!
I am personally so enthusiastic about Kindermusik that I would love to run
a class! I would need to sort out my timings and rhythm first! You see
Vanessa you make it look so effortless we all think we could do it!!
I am pleased to say I have introduced a number of friends to Kindermusik
and they are all as impressed as I am.
Thank you for giving our children the gift and joy that music brings. You
are an exceptional teacher."

"We really like Kindermusik because it teaches the children about
listening to different and unusual sounds, moving, rhythm,
fast/slow/quiet/loud, etc and isn't one big noise that you end up leaving
with a headache like a couple of other style music sessions we've
encountered. We also like the way it teaches children to share and to wait
their turn when experimenting with the diverse instruments.
I'm sure the whole environment and structure has really contributed to
Zara's development, understanding and speech.
Thanks for making it such an enjoyable time. Zara can now say 'kindermusik'
and always looks forward to coming. She starts to sing 'Our Time' when
we're on our way! Our childminders have commented that Zara is always one
of the first to join in the songs and actions when they take her to
playgroup, even if it's songs she doesn't"

"When asked my daughter Rebecca who is 2 years old, says she enjoys all of
music with 'Nessa, but her favourite part is the scarves and the dances.
She can often be heard singing the songs and asks her father and myself to
do the circle dances with her regularly! Rebecca started at 4 months old
and still learns a lot each lesson. She is ahead of lots of her friends
with her speech and I believe that her music lesson has played a part in
this. She has an excellent sense of rhythm and likes a wide variety of
music. The social aspect has helped her enormously and she has made
several good friends at classes. We go further for her music classes than
any of her other classes and could go to a more local class but we really
like her current teacher and the atmosphere in the class. I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend kindermusik to other parents and hope to be able to
do it all again if we have another child."
